Shipping policy

• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during the busier times of the season.

• Free Shipping for orders over $100.00. *P.O. Boxes CANNOT be used for Free Shipping*

• Please Note: USPS  estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. 

 

• First Class packages have NO insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.

• Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at royaltyglitterco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

• Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.

- Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.
